Due to the ever-changing nature of wine shipping laws, we may be able to ship wines, directly or indirectly, to all states except Utah, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, Kentucky, Delaware and Rhode Island. We currently do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. If Bailey Family Wines is unable to ship directly to your state, we may be able to arrange for the sale and shipment of our products through a third party. Please note, when dealing through a third party, wine prices, discounts, and shipping costs may differ from those quoted by Bailey Family Wines.


UPS Ground and FedEx are our carriers of choice. *Note – If the customer selects Air as his or her carrier, the customer pays all shipping charges, regardless of his or her wine club membership or purchase amount. Please also be aware we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. A person 21 or over must sign for the wine in person. It cannot be left at the door. Three attempts will be made to deliver your shipment. After that, the wine will be returned to us. We will ship it back at normal (not discounted) shipping rates. If you choose “pick-up” as your delivery method but do not pick up your shipment, we will attempt to contact you. If no contact is possible, we may ship your selections at your expense.


Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. We may hold your wine in temperature controlled storage until any weather hold is lifted. If despite all precautions, wine arrives damaged, please notify Bailey Family Wines and we will arrange to send you a replacement. You may keep the existing wine. Please do not send back. The above applies to all direct-to-consumer purchases. If you purchased the wine at a retailer, it is the retailer’s responsibility to replace.
