Four stunning Bailey Family Wines
The Bailey Sparkling Wine has aromas of cherry and pear are framed by vanilla spiced, shortbread-like yeastiness. The first sip of cool, fizzy goodness provides a crisp, refreshing fruit sweetness. Seamless complexity of yellow cherry, ripe Pacific raspberries, rose petal, apple blossom, and white peach is lifted upon bracing citrus acidity. Despite high acidity, the mid-palate has a beautiful hint of strawberry and ripe apricot with a balanced minerality, vanilla, and cracked almond impression.
The Bailey Chardonnay first reveals a rich golden hue, promising to light up your glass with color and your senses with flavor. Before the first sip envelops the mouth, the nose tantalizes with gentle touches of wet stone, citrus, and vanilla. Then, pear, Meyer lemon, white peach, and tangerine swirl around the flinty tones of cool stone, which glide seamlessly over the palette. The lingering finish balances creaminess with crispness, freshness with fullness, and length with layers.
Bailey Pinot Noir, sultry in its dusky garnet red, has a nose just as alluring as it tastes with an oaky blend of mushrooms, freshly milled cedar, and campfire. Paired with notes of dark candied cherries, red currant, succulent blueberry, and blue plum headline supple tobacco and chalk tones all topped off with a dusting of cocoa. These characteristics create a chewy yet elegant mouthfeel paired with refined bright tannins, allowing the finish to unravel one layer at a time.
When first diving into the Bailey Grenache, this ruby red beauty throws out aromas of strawberry and grilled plum with a zing of black pepper, and sage. Congruent with the nose, the flavors embrace strawberry, raspberry tarts and orange zest around dried herbs, butter crust, cashews and a drizzle of salted caramel. The velvety mouth feel with light tannins contributes to the symmetry of the overall pallet and a strong finish.
